At the very highly anticipated presentation for James Cameron's Avatar yesterday at Comic-Con, the director himself announced an unprecedented marketing campaign

On August 21st, Fox will take over "as many" IMAX 3D and digital 3D theaters as they can and screen 15 minutes from Avatar for free to whoever wants to see it. He's been waiting to show the world what this looks like and this is the perfect way to introduce everyone to Pandora.


Star Wars in Concert" will feature a symphony orchestra and choir performing composer John Williams' music from the six "Star Wars" films. My sources report that Frank Miller has "recently completed a draft of the sequel of 300". They also say that no screenwriter and no director has officially signed on yet, not even director Zack Snyder. He's never really said that he's for sure returning, but it sounds like he wants to be involved in some way (since 300 was his so his big break)

Veteran spacewalker David Wolf had some advice this week for those wondering how to sneeze in a spacesuit. "Aim low, off the windscreen, because it's going to mess up your view and there's no way to clear it," said Wolf.
